In some of our early episodes, there featured a character who was referred to as 'The Desperate Man', and clearly....he was.

He is a lot of fun to play, and he has continued to feature strongly, usually struggling to deal with his ever-desperate situation. As he made successive appearances, it became clear that he was, in fact, a pilot.
It's a shirt worn a certain way, a particular tie, and a particular attitude.
Whatever it is, he's sure up to his neck in it.
